  • End the force funding of welfare. It's the only way the boarders ever will be fully open.

  • this is a victum dialogue, common liberal stance, we used to allow free immigration about 80 or 90 years ago, but..golly gee.i think alots happened since then. the blithera of entitlement programs we currently have in play would quickly run us dry with open borders. of course if you believe that your a "hate mongering racist"..:)common sense is definetly not so common anymore.

  • What a relief that such people grow up EVENTUALLY.

More of everything in fact clearly not so much Right On as MorOn.

Rata - like humans fight and kill eachother when there is insufficient space or too great a demand on resources - don't just think fuel and food - think water, sewage and building land out of the flood plains!

So this goes well beyond an immigration debate. Perhaps in the future when we rid ourselves of a tyrannical government or one that has been usurped we can revisit the immigration issue but to push for the elimination of borders at this juncture is a dangerous proposition as it directly helps the ambitions of those seeking to install THEIR version of an NWO. The Lie is, we need to remove borders to facilitate better immigration policies and procedures!

    I say -SAYS WHO?

  • @NAUresistance If they're still going to crack down on immigrants then the borders aren't really open. The libertarians just want rid of anti-immigration laws; what you are describing is a plan to completely merge Canada, the USA and Mexico.

Our Prime Minister also announced this summer that Canada no longer has an economy but rather is part of the Global economy, that we need his version of "enlightened sovereignty". Former Prime Minister Paul Martin just finished a tour where he informed Canadians that we must redefine our sovereignty to include duties and that we need a regulator to regulate the regulators aka a global governing body- world government. Traditional Borders between nations will be obsolete

With a global standard in Identification requirements such as those in the ICAO PKD/PKI (united Nations) the need for physical borders is no longer. With the technology contained in the new ID requirements, any police officer on the planet would be able to determine your place of origin, your threat assessment profile and positively identify you through biometrics- all compatible globally.

Our Prime Minister announced this summer that Canada and Mexico are as one!

Also, new joint projects such as ShipRider in Canada allow American authorities to make arrests in Canadian territory and Canadian authorities allowed to make arrests in American territory. In the United States their are reports that police are asking for citizenship information at roadside inspections up to 50 miles or more away from the physical borders. Really with the new ID system that they have been rolling out (see ICAO PKI) there will be no need for borders..

Although for government to save face, they act like they want "thicker borders" but the legislation they are passing is allowing for the "thinner borders". How are they making them thinner? New technologies like RFID, Biometrics, Inland Ports, NAFTA Trade Corridor system, "smart borders" that will allow your ass to be processed like cattle to keep you moving quickly. Immigration reform Bills calling for RFID in all Social Security Cards and Labour Mobility initiatives..
