Now you're getting to some arguments that might mean something (and are quite independent of missile defense), as opposed to the stupidity Keith was blowing in this segment. It seems that from your comment you would consider the monitoring of their airspace the more egregious offense, but that is already done quite extensively and has been since the cold war. And as far as arming their enemies, there is really no way the GMD system could be used offensively. It is cannot re-enter the atmosphere.
