Sort of. I mean some people have minds where they hear a sound they can immediately associate it with the right note, I like listen to it and get the gyst of it and I play around with it on the flute. I didn't memorize anything I never looked at sheet music. It's like lets say shooting a basketball until you can finally make it, and you remember the form. You know? I played until I knew the notes. No sheet music, srry 4 the long message =)

ok i literally listen to Wavin' Flag every other day. It's a very inspirational song. hey what are the notes??? i play the flute too and i cant find the notes and im not to happy about not being able to find any notes!!!!!!! anyway you rock on the flute and that was by listening???
