Both of these cars look amazing, but lets face it, MR2>GST lol, i ownd both a GST and MR2 Turbo, and lets face it stock for stock the MR2 will walk all over a GST any day of the week, iv now sold the GST and used the money to upgrade the deuce :)

@XW1CKED666X I dunno. I get more compliments on my MR2 Turbo Widebody than I hear people give props to Eclipse owners. Now speed wise? I am sure there are more faster 4G63's out there than MR2s. They can make more power on such little money. Plus, we seen GSX make 7 seconds. MR2s I have yet to see one actually break 9's.

I'd take the MR2 anyday everyday! They're rarer, sexier, and a HELL of a lot more lighter. Plus it also looks like a miniature Ferrari 355. Now that's something anybody would drool over.

I own an eclipse rs and it may not be as fast as the mr2 even with a turbo but its got a huge hatch and i can take my bike places and other large objects. Mr2 for racing but the eclipse is great all around.

Im the owner of the Eclipse GST.. At the time the Eclipse was bone stock.. to the paper filter. The MR2 had intake and Exhaust and I think boost turned up a little.. I cant remember. I know have a 16G on the Eclipse with intake, exhaust and downpipe. Its about 80 hp more give or take. Turbo cars are fun but they dont like the 110 degree heat that Dallas has recently!

I will admit that a friend of mine has a heavily modded Eclipse with aftermarket turbo and such and it is pretty fast. But if you put the same money into an MR2, there is basically no comparison.
