"People give me money to help people. And that is what I do. The more money I get the more people I help." - Fr. Ray
The Father Ray Foundation is named after an American Catholic priest Fr. Ray Brennan. He was a member of the Redemptorist Congregation. Fr. Ray worked in Pattaya from 1969 until his death in 2003. ln the early 1970s Fr. Ray was presented with a child that was abandoned. Instead of avoiding or passing on the problem, Fr. Ray decided to take care of the child himself. That decision led to a series of initiatives that Fr. Ray made to help hundreds of underprivileged, unfortunate children and young adults with disabilities. Fr. Ray has passed away, but the projects he started and his vision to help others less fortunate live on. The Fr. Ray Foundation continues to help over 850 children and young adults with disabilities who have been abandoned and deprived of a normal, loving, and productive life.
