NSMBW: Super Guide 1-1

It's weegee time!

considering you can only activate the super guide before completing a level, and the fact you have to "blunder" on it 8 times for it to appear in the first place... a lot of people won't be seeing the vast majority of the super guides.

Well you don't have to do it before completing the level, just die 8 times. Anyway, like how Luigi isn't totally eliminated from the 1P mode as in previous games. Even cooler is that you can take control of him during the superguide.

ah, so you can activate them after beating the level? I wonder where I got the assumption you couldn't from? Either way, I've lent out my copy of the game, so I can't check. I'll take your word for it though, thanks.

NSMBW's Super Guides really show how well the levels are designed. And Luigi himself does a good job of imitating a cautious player. It's feels a bit robotic at times though.
