The one I have on my cheekbone close to my eye is a dermal anchor, and I put that one there for insight. Since the eyebrow is also for this purpose, when it's an anti-eyebrow or an anchor like what I have, it's more for self-insight or awareness of the self. Another good piercing for this is the Bindhi, which opens up the third eye chakra (and it's super cute). As for dimple piercings, use those for beauty and creativity.
