Viral Marketing Video - Guerilla Marketing at US Open Surfing Chamionship

Last year in 2009 the headlines everyday in the news were about H1N1 Swine Flu spreading into the United States. It was a big deal and a lot of people had true concerns about protecting themselves. Our client was launching a new flu mask product and wanted to stir up some attention and publicity around his product at several events across the country... The US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach being one. We had several street teams stationed and scattered all in the mix of this event and we definitely pulled it off by handing out over 120,000 promotional flyers. We also gained extra attention from several newspapers, tv stations, and bloggers that wondered what the heck was happening. This sample video was created as a viral promotional tool to promote on several social media websites.
