  • It's the Carl Gardner Coaster. The sound quality is terrible because it was filmed with a little canon digital camera.

  • RIP original lead singer Carl Gardner passed 06/13/11 at age 83

  • Bad sound - pity !!

  • This is Carl Gardner's Coasters, and that is Ronnie Bright. Carl, THE original Coaster, had to retire. He was getting too old to continue performing. Ronnie has been with the Coasters since the early '60s.

The only other living original member from the first six members, besides Carl is Leon Hughes. Leon was in the first line-up for only a short while. His replacement, Cornell Gunter, was the one inducted into the RnR Hall Of Fame.

  • I was at a show with the Coasters, Platters, and the Drifters on Jan. 23,2009 and all 2500 people sang the songs along with the groups...it was great!!!

  • it would be nice if i could hear the main bass part and not an annoying crowd. did they not show up to watch the group not for karaoke
