  • Tell me how. Come on, hate? You sound like a fucking moron.

  • I can't disagree with you on that. It's a very complicated situation over there and a prime example of why we need to reduce our dependence on oil. We also can't lead the Iraqi people to believe we're going to be over there holding their hands indefinitely.

  • There is very little that is redeemable from the 'original plan'. The neighboring countries; Saudi/Syria (Sunni) and Iran (Shia) are going to fund and encourage their proxies in the country. An unstable Iraq means one less solid competitor in the oil market. It also means increased recruitment for the 'death to america' people.

  • Turning responsibility over to them was the original plan of the war. We were supposed to remove Saddam and help them initiate a democratic type government. I think their neighboring countries need to help weed out the insurgents and restore peace to Iraq. It has turned into a civil war which we really have no control over. Look at our own civil war as an example...

  • he wiill get the nomination there is no othere choice who chuck hagel aka the traitor come on bor mccain 08 no doubt has my vote

  • Do you even think McCain will get the Republican nomination? Not with his stance on the Iraq War. He'll never be able to shake the McCain Doctrine.

  • Can a nation be free if it oppresses other countries? Never. America will not be free until it rids itself of fat cat wealth. This guy at least points out who leads america- the corporations.

  • You think he's weak? Why is he crushable?

  • I hate Edwards, can one man be so wrong on everything?

  • "Turning responsibility over to them" is another way of saying "we aren't capable of cleaning up the mess that we made."

There are too many political pressures in the region to allow Iraq to become a stable democratic nation by itself. Only way it's going to happen is if we support them adequately.
