Thanks to my Dad's love for 'American Graffiti' I found this awesome song.
The movie was really cool too...well, anything with poodle skirts and greasers and I'm so there :P

Did you purposely change the key of the verse? The original has the verse in Bb Minor and the chorus in Bb Major. Your cover is in A Minor and then Bb Major. The transition is very jarring. I would recommend trying it with the original progression.
