Wow, nice riding on a GREAT section of that trail. As Walker Bobby would say, "You made that trail your bitch!"

@jonnysheff Whats the main reason you would choice the rumblefish over the niner you have? I don't have any niner dealers around so if I get one I need to make sure I really want it before ordering.

Any chance you got to compare the rumblefish, rumblefish 2, or one of the Hifi's? It's winter where i'm at and my fisher/trek dealer doesn't have either in stock so trying to decide what to go with. So far I have only tried out 2010 superfly 100 and a rumblefish 2. I will say that I was impressed with both and didn't notice to much of a wieght difference even though I know there is probally a good 7-8 pounds between them.
What time of the day way this? Lot's of glare into the lens, I'm going there in a few weeks and when I film it I want to avoid the glare.

@veilleuxfilms It was probably about 1pm or so in late September (so solstice season). Most of the glare is due to some large dust particles that had accumulated on the lens - just keep it clean and you'll be fine. It's a long 30+ mile descent-ish ride and FAST, so stuff gets dirty. I think the shuttle that runs from Poison Spider only goes at 8am, so there's not a lot of flexibility for time of day unless you self-transport.

What year and rumblefish do you have? What are your thoughts so far?

@v92biker It was a brand new 2011 Rumblefish 1, rented it for 2 days while in Moab. It was awesome, if I hadn't just bought a Niner MCR, I would probably buy one. It pedaled great here and at Slickrock and I never ran out of travel or felt it harsh up.
