11Jul10 ~ members of the CT Z Car Club join with the Z Car Club of Rochester (NY) for an ALL- JAPANESE CAR WEEKEND, including this early-morning procession from Rochester to Watkins Glen International Raceway for a few hot laps. 49 cars ~ mostly Zs ~ participated in this mile-long procession. Traffic lights and a few farmers broke us up into smaller groups within the first 15 miles. I sped my '70 240Z ahead of the pack to film this from the roadside. Weather was great, traffic was light, roads were inviting. We woke up a lot of sleepy little villages along the way. A perfect day to be a Z! Look at all the happy faces!

Frank this is an outstanding video! We couldn't grasp the full magnitude of this group while leading it, but after looping through this several times we're way impressed with what everyone along the way had to have seen - it was a cavalcade of Z's from the first generation to the latest - very nice indeed. Thanks for breaking out to set-up so everyone can share what we accomplished that day ... next time we've got to get that Series 1 of yours in a frame or two!! Mike
