  • But that only works for people that have sold similar items... what if they have a product that hasn't been sold before...

  • all very well and good if the seller happens to be an online store. if its some guy emptying his garage then the reserve can fluctuate. lets not forget that he might be a greedy a*sh*le

  • Or... you can just ask the seller. That usually works and is helpfull if this is a one time sale item

  • it would help to know the reserve if you are adamant on buying the item but want to pay the lowest possible amount (which would be the reserve price).
