Jamilah was a dancer on Solid Gold for over 4 seasons. Jamilah first appeared on Solid Gold somewhere between seasons 3 and 4 as a temporary replacement for only a few shows and then returned in season 5 and stayed until Solid Gold ended. Jamilah has the unique distinction of having appeared on Solid Gold in all it's incarnations (the KTLA set, the Paramount set, Solid Gold '87 & Solid Gold In Concert). This is great! I didn't realize that Jamilah had danced so on long on Solid Gold until you pointed it out. I do recall her popping up during some of the countdown routines. She and Darcel would have similar hairstyles, which would through me off, during the early seasons.
