    To say they stole it isn't quite correct. Since the symbols came from their ancestors, Nazi Germany felt that they had inherited them so to speak. So they used them to promote pride in their history and culture among the people of Germany. Of course, most Americans don't really understand pride in one's heritage and nationality. They simply practice old traditions while missing the point.

    The latter is because Ironman by Sabbath has absolutely nothing to do with the marvel story. Its pretty obvious in the lyrics. Hell the actual description of the "iron man" in the song more closely resembles Doctor Doom...

    It's based on some book, instead.
