Yep, they'd work for the admiration and feeling of being a valuable contributing citizen instead of material reward. And they'd probably score with the ladies. ;) But they might work shorter hours lol.

If they are doing the job out of self interest then no, but if Doctors are doing it because they want to help people then Yes. If you look at how our incentive is in this world today, we are extremely materialism and want so much more basicly to measure our selves against others. If we live in a system where people have access to everything without a price tag then there is no "HAVES AND HAVE NOTS" THERE IS JUST THE HAVES
Meaning you have access to all your basic needs and desires

I LOVE IT!!! In fact I've been saying the same thing for a long time. The fact is that we (humans) produce far more than we consume. In other words, we supply far more than we demand. Hence the only true economic principle would be deflation of commodities to the point of zero cost. what sense would there be in wages in this scenario?The way it would work is by the honor system. This would make the most difficult tasks a sheer delight; like children playing. Do have have to pay our kids to play?

Anarchy is the system that would free us all from the slavery of the monetary system.
No governments, no top heavy economy, just all of us sharing the planet's resources without greed while caring for each other. This is true anarchy and it's within our reach if only we could work together. Jacques Fresco has been pushing this system for decades but no one has bothered to listen even though he has designed a system down to the finest detail. Venus Project spearheaded by the Zeitgeist movement.
