I heard many version of this song including the original (not sure it is sang by 甄珍), Timi is definitely the best voice to fit into this song. You are not biased, it's truth.

Thank you first for your kind explaination. Chuan Yao has caught the hearts of millions and Mr Liu is one of the best, if not the best, of composers , Taiwan has had in the past decades. They are all landmarks and deserve our admiration.
Ever seen the famous movie"It's the singers, not the song"?
As much as the Bible is profound, whayt moves the listeners are the singers.

I know the love-story romance writer and the composer. Thank you. What I meant is that the only singer that has the voice, youth, emotional range, sense of melancholy to sing out this song to it full flavor is Timi. I like her very much. I might be biased!

This is not a song for Teresa Teng or, for the same reason, for anybody else. This is Timi's song. This is a song for a young girl still in the state of innocence and perplexity, pure and wondering and in great expectation for the unknown. Her voice must still dance with youthful imagination. From Taiwan, China, Singapore , Hongkong no singer is more qualified than Timi for this song. Give her credit where crtedit is due. She is the one---, the only one! Thanks, Timi! In my opinion, it only belongs to 瓊瑤 and 劉家昌,
it doesn't belong to any singer.
