@ slicekitten;No on the other hand THANK YOU..for posting ..WE CHICANOS have been through alot of prejudice,IT goes way back from the beatings of zoot-suiters, to the unlawful jailing of our people,and the only way to fight this is thru .EDUCATION,the pen is mightier than the sword,AND if we must shed our blood on this earth,let it be for the betterment of OUR RAZA,and not for our SELF DESTRUCTION...thank you ...GUS SERRANO

@cuztabo Thank you for the kind words, you are officially the first person to comment! I am not ashamed to admit that I never knew about the Chicano Moratorium prior to taking a Mexican-American History course in school, there are so many things I never knew and am now finally realizing. I recommend taking ethnic studies courses whenever possible, we need to empower the next generation so they can feel proud of who they are and from where they came, SI SE PUEDE!
