Conrad Oberg (12 yrs. old), self taught visually impaired, piano and guitar player, performs the Jimi Hendrix classic "Voo Doo Child (Slight Return)." Conrad has already posted several other Jimi Hendrix songs, and has had MANY requests for this one. This was recorded live at a recent concert with his band, The One Elevens. The stage camera malfunctioned but we were able to piece the video together using footage from a fixed camera up in the sound booth. We hope you like it, please subscribe!

Conrad Oberg was born three and a half months prematurely in the Summer of 1994. Weighing only one and a half pounds at birth, Conrad was left with no eyesight in his left eye and only 15% of the vision in his right. At age two, Conrad taught himself to play the piano, and again taught himself the guitar at age ten. Conrad has been performing solo live performances since he was four years-old, and has been fortunate enough to meet and/or perform with some of the greats of the entertainment industry. Conrad has been performing with his own band "The One Elevens" for the past two years, playing his own brand of blues, roots, and rock music. • Awesome!!!

  • there are 176 people who dont like this? kidding right.....got to be

  • I listened to this and foung it after looking for Trower, Marino, Hendrix stuff. Had to stay on this one cause it sounded so damned good. And THEN looked to see over 175 morons had the aucacity to take the effort to click "dislike." This world is fucking amazing. Obviously a lot of these worthless jerks either have something better to offer (slim chance on that, right?), or they just can't stand others' talent. Good job, kid! Stay with this.

  • Conrad blew away the 176 ppl that didn't like this vid.

  • Stevie Ray has been reincarnated... This was 5 years ago, and he has done a lot since then, including playing at the 40th anniversary of Woodstock in '09. Great job, Dude!

  • he's doing it Stevie's way too lol freaking amazing

  • You kick a** man, seems 175 people with a hearing dissability, tried to listen to you play. Only reason I can see why they would hit the dislike button. I wish I had found your videos sooner. 2 thumbs up !
