The Greatest of all anti-vietnam war songs flat out, by the most underated individual in music of the last 40 years. Bob Seger is truly one of the great artists and should be nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Unfortunately the vocal is buried, like this is a karaoke version of the song. Maybe one channel is too weak? I liked this album better than ALL his later material. It is awesome.

@ooxblelwz You can buy this right now on Amazon. Are you suggesting that Columbia has a deal with the 1960's military establishment to limit Columbia's profits? (Or..could it be?...that Seger wasn't so good in his pre-Silver Bullet days and there just isn't a demand for his music from back then?)

This is one of the best anti-war songs written druing Vietnam. Unfortunately it did not receive the recognition it deserved. Some of us remember Seger singing this song downriver back in 1968.
