Travel Journalist, Lori Ansaldi, is in Santa Monica, California to learn about Raw Foods. Lori tastes an all raw Thansgiving menu prepared by Chef Juliano of Planet Raw. She then meets up with friends and Raw Food Chef, Kirsten Gum at the Santa Monica Farmers Market. They buy some organic produce and head back to Kirsten's kitchen to create a raw lasagna.
Yum!! That lasagna is the best I've ever seen, cooked or raw. AND THAT SALAD BOWL IS AMAZING LOL IT'S SO HUGE.
