My 20th Marillion show - this moment was 1 of the highlights. H had a temper tantrum because the cricket bat didn't work, threw it at his techie and stomped around in a funk. The crowd started cheering and smiling, and he turned the negative energy into an amazing piece of connection with this brilliant move. It took the lowest point of the weekend and turned it inside out, making a disaster into the connection point and highlight of the weekend. Beautiful and extremely moving.

He needed to do this after the incredible disaster related to the midi sampling triggers that failed. This body surfing got his mind off the technical messes and allowed him to concentrate and finish the show on a high note. AWESOME weekend!

I was watching Rothery playing his solo when I looked over and saw Hogarth coming right at me! I helped him on the way out and on the way back in. Pretty easy to spot me because I had a ball cap on.
Excellent performance...brilliant weekend!
