Hi, i'd like to say, that i really envy you, that you have had guts to chase your dreams. It sounds pompous, but i do think so. By dreams i mean playing music, it's not that easy. I'm 21, Technics KN500 stands for the asking, literally. It's an instrument with history, belonged to my father, i love it, still I haven't learnt a thing in a year. It takes time and i feel it's too lat for me. Playing instrument is wonderful and i bet you take enormous satisfaction from it. Good luck :)
