Hi Tom, May I ask you....what protein shake powder do you use? I'm looking for something a little less expensive than Jay Robb. I bought a huge container from him a long while ago for occasional use. Now I'm into protein shakes daily so I finished it off. He's charging $24 for a 12 oz bag. that's only 11 shakes. Just wondering what else to try. I got a few samples from Unjury, Revival, etc. but still high $. I was thinking of the one from Walmart $14.95 for I think 2 lbs container. Any advise?

@cookielu46 , I'm partial to Wal-Mart, I get there brand as well as Pure Protein, As long as it's a Whey Protein I'm in ! LOL

I used to drink Big M a lot before my band. I think that is why I enjoy the choc shakes. I too mix it with water and to me, it does taste like a choc milkshake! :)

I love my protein shakes, I've had one for breakfast every morning for 2 years :) Have you tried calorie countdown chocolate milk? It's sugar free and low carb.
