what else do you expect him to do about it? this is not meant to 'Fix" the problem, its meant to boost spending to get people back in the markets again. Left wing presents ideas about raising tax and putting there noses into cooperate america with every bill that they pass. That solution is known fondly as SOCIALISM. If you want to be a socialist move to Canada.
