@unnamedanger06 Then he fired him becasue he said any one of 500 coaches could have taken them to the SB. Jerry's ego is the biggest hendrence to the Cowboys getting another SB victory

@justme632 ....yes i agree..Jerry's first real BAD move was not patching up personal/ego problems between himself and Johnson...followed by not finding a way to resign really good free agents (ken norton jr. donnie edwards, ron stone etc over the yrs) signing "stop gap" high priced free agents like Deion, T.O. who were not long term solutions and of course hiring lame coaches like Phillips..the only good coach since Johnson was Parcells but i don't think Parcells was in it for the long haul.
