@AtenRa - Lol, yeah, I didn't notice that but since you pointed it out such does seem to be the case. Actually though, there was one other guy present who didn't constantly yesman him - Baron van Swieten. They had a close working relationship for a number of years and didn't always agree on everything. But Emperor Joseph was progressive enough to allow alot of advances to occur within Austria and not just a few of those forward-thinking changes came from the Baron.
