The original, "Back To Work 1" Job Fair redefined the concept of an in the office job fair from "call a couple of employers...post some flyer's...set up some tables..." to a new system brought together by the combined creativity of Christa Cicinelli and Santos Rodriguez that through a combination of marketing, promotion, logistics was enough to support over 20 employers and 400 plus applicants...even in a small office...the formula was very successful...think about what you could do to make a major impact upon local, unemployment....It worked then...it required the establishment of goals or specific groups to be targeted BUT, REQUIRED NO COST TO THE HOSTING OFFICE...
