@VanishmentMatt I see your reasoning for the french thing in New Brunswick, but Halifax was established by the British, there's more French influence in Ottawa than Halifax.

Studying English in the Maritime provinces, yeah that makes sense considering they have the largest population of Francophone Canadians, and what English they do speak has a heavy Scottish or Irish sounding accent to it.
