Absolutely yes.

Go to "View" Menu and open "Media Explorer" ( Ctrl+Alt+X) and search your loops folder.
Example: Place some loops on desktop, put them inside a new folder ( only for order) and via Media Explorer open this folder. Enjoy. ( You can drag directly into track workspace too)

@MSGSTUDIOCHANNEL Im starting from scratch, Ive never used anything like this before so I have no idea what any of this means.. how would I go about getting or making a beat to start off with?

@Villeigh First you have to be curious and try to have fun .. :) The first steps you can do by downloading free loops from this site free-loops(dot)com then import them into reaper and try to combine them as described in the video and feel like you have a good sound. Create your own musical "puzzle" Enjoy.

How do you change color on your tracks? yours are light-blue or yellow (and the wave is black) mine is just grey and black. If I change "track-color" only the wave will change but the "region" is black looking really bad. Also I can't change the track-header color as I've seen many have. Nothing happens for "customize color" (only the wave-form but not the track or the region-background.

@rawstarmusic
First you need to change skin.. or right click on loop ( not on track) and you can find a color option ( on the menu you can see"Item and take color")
