In late September of 2004 a meeting was held between Golden Eagle Log Homes and Country's Best Log Homes Magazine. It was then that the decision was made for Golden Eagle Log Homes to design and construct a house for Country's Best Log Homes Magazine to write a series of articles in their national semi monthly magazine. The thought was that a project like this could be a great way to educate Country's Best Log Homes Magazine's readers on the design and construction process of a log home from start to finish.
