Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Here is a great dish you can add to your easy appetizers list. I've had many seafood appetizers but nothing like these crab stuffed mushrooms my friend Darci made who I think has one of the best crab recipes out there. I especially have never had stuffed cream cheese mushrooms with the crab baked so at first I was a little nervous but after trying this dish I will never forget this stuffed mushroom recipe.

@spooieVAULT Yeah, but there are different types of sea food. It's like saying chopped liver is as good as a rib eyed steak because it came from the same animal. Sorry, but you need to spend some money and try the real thing and only then will you know what I mean.

@aldexreyes Um... Imitation Crab Meat is generally made from Whiting and Pollock, which, as far as I can tell, are, in fact, sea food.

Hi. Imitation crab is certainly not the same a real crab...but it works fine for this dish. It's real fish with flavoring....This looks good!

Are you kidding? I had to stop it at 0:14 How can you compare that imitation crap to the real thing. The flavor and texture of that garbage does not come close to ANY sea food let alone crab. Don't be such a cheap bastard; spend a little for real lump crab in the plastic bucket ($13.00). You will realize what you've been missing. I think this recipe is for those who have never tried crab before and don't konw what it is supposed to taste like. Yuck !!!
