Just going for a spin on the mountain bike, not sure if they still let people down cos the relief road is open now.

Did they manage to fix the road again and/or is it also closed now for mountainbiking? loved this road...it's beautifull, but deadly indeed.

Hey man, yeah they managed to clear the road eventually, although there was another landslide that evening which blocked it again! To the best of my knowledge the new road is open now, so the death road is closed to traffic but not to bikes. Thanks for your interest in the video :)

Yeah man, but a jobs a job. A few mins after that was taken, a boulder went through the cab. The driver merely hopped out and had a cigarette, nothing phases the bolivians! Thankfully that road is closed off to general traffic since this was taken.
