i have hooded eyes aswell, one eye is more hooded then the other.

theese steps realy do work, i use them all the time.

i do makeup videos aswell if anyone is looking for a guru who has similar eyes :)

not trying to promote myself, i just want to help anyone who is looking for tutorials for hooded eyes, cause for me there isnt alot of gurus that i can find with eye shapes like mine :)
