In April 2010, officials from all over the U.S. Army celebrated the turnover of the final construction project as part of Efficient Basing Grafenwoehr, but the work is far from over. With roughly $50 million planned in construction each year through 2015, the garrison and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District continue to work together to deliver quality-of-life improvements for the military community on the Army's largest training post in Europe.
