  • L'une des interprétations les plus inspirées de cette page immortelle.

  • Van Cliburn is also a magnificent rendition.

  • I had not heard this rendition before today. I previously felt that Kissin's rendition was the best. Now I feel that Bolet's version rises well above the rest: such beauty of phrase and flawless technique. Just exquisite.

  • bolet is the greatest pianist recorded. one of ew greats with commaand of structure, architecture, form. besides his unique strength which allows him marvelous control. his sense of compression enables holding down and releasing the powerful moment. compare his youtube chopin ballade 1, v v rubinstein, horowitz horowits plays lovely moments as jewels, rubinstein as caresses, but neither has sense of totality.

  • I just changed my mind: IT IS DEFINITELY THE BEST

  • Wonderful, perhaps the best of all renditions of this piece, IMHO

  • so much depth .. incredible!

  • Beautiful!
