Have a look at my take on the flipper - type in Clarrie Grimmett Flipper and you'll get there. What this bloke is saying is true but lacks in some detail, my video might fill in some of the detail if you're trying to learn. Note of caution though - if you're under 16 and still growing this variation causes enormous amounts of stress on both your wrist and arm ligaments and you're advised not to overdo the training.
