Abella's complaint against MIAMI DADE POLICE Officer. Independent Review Panel.

After Miami Lakes official Nancy Simon was found guilty and fined by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation of selling real estate with out a license in 2007, a complaint filed by Mr.Gus Abella and Mrs.Miriam Abella, what the Abellas have been put thru since 2007 is Unjustified. The retribution, the harassment, the threats, the intimedation, the abuse has been unlawful.
Til this day 2010 they are being greatly wronged at tax payers expense by Miami Lakes Councilwoman Nancy Simon. THE WORST PART IS THEY HAVE DONE THIS COWARDLY ACT IN THE PRESENCE OF THERE LITTLE GIRL.
Shame on you Nancy Simon, Juan Rodriguez and Frank Bocanegra.

Mayor Carlos had great concern that Miami Dade Police Department would be exposed of the abuse of fellow officers that wronged the Abella's, And Seijas knew what she and Simon did to the Abella's at the Miami Lakes Community center on a day of elections was UnConstitutional and UnLawfull and had deprived Gus Abella of his rights.

Why did Mayor Carlos Alvarez and Natacha Seijas do everything possible to do away quikely w/ the Independent Review Panel?

Because the Independent Review Panel had and was uncovering the unlawful criminal misconduct of the Miami Dade Police officers that had and are wronging the Abella family and this would have linked Miami Lakes elected official Nancy Simon of her abuse toward the Abella's and her pattern of violating citizens rights for voicing their opinions in Miami Lakes Town meetings.

There is record since 2007 to 2010 of every thing Police officer Juan Rodriguez. has done to the Abella family specially to their young daughter.

There is a case in Miami Dade County Court Gus Abella vs. Nancy Simon and Town of Miami Lakes, and Juan Rodriguez knows his involvement w/ Tom Calvey

in this matter, if prior investigation by COE would not have with held evidence, and if MDPD would have done a Just investigation which involved there own there would be JUSTICE.
