Mr. Francis is indeed a very brave man. The trillions that have disappeared over the decades would make organized crime's balance sheets look like small potatoes. We have reached third world levels of corruption. If we didn't have a FedGov.Inc owned and operated media, Mr. Francis would be front page news.
