Ideal came out in the 90's, I thought it was 2000. Maybe I'm wrong.

I love 90's soul music! I always felt that the reason it was so passionate was because a lot of those groups parents listened to 60's soul music and these artist heard it growing up. In other words they heard the "real" shit and in turn 90's artist created "real" shit with more emphasis on tappin' that ass! Music died after 96'! Exception: Alicia Keys, Usher before he became "Ursher", etc. Jodeci was and their legacy still is the shit! As well as B2Men!

@Queenweezy1 While their influence on the 90s was huge, the group was by and large, an 80s group. They did have the one album in 96 and for that, I put them in the rest video. Probably could have put them here because it had enough hits, but I just didn't like that album haha.

Tony Toni tone, mint condition, surface, am I forgetting anything else? Cmon man but good groups.
TheOG808 9 months ago
@TheOG808 I opted out of Surface because many people still identify them as an 80s group. While I see them as a 90s group and love them, I didn't want to feature them so prominently. They are in the "best of teh rest" videos though! The other two, I wish I could add here. I wasn't into them much when I made this video, but unfortunately, there is no easy way to edit it.
Thanks for the feedback!

I'm guessing no one heard of "Coming of Age"? Listen to there songs "One In A Million" and "All I Ask Of You". If they made it big, they probably wouldve been up there with Jodeci, Shai, Boyz and the others.
