  • Thats why you build the rig over time. It's not just bought ONCE! you piece it together as time goes on.

  • I love this video!

  • it would cost to assemble this?thx

  • and you need all the toys & gadgets added to the SRL so it performs like a Camcorder more than a camera...So,I'm building a rig to fit a Canon T2i and what I'm buying is a Canon T3i...both of these cameras will work with my rig I'm building,it is going to have a sound mixer/external mic/and I will use a monitor ..total cost with Camera has cost 1800.00,the only camcorder you can get for that price is DV,that is the format that is eating away my spirit...I will post my final results of my DSLR

  • it is all about your film and what you want out of it...sometimes quality is no good for what you are trying to produce....But recently, after getting all my cameras stolen except of a 8mm camera I had to dig out of a box and use a broken digital camera to upload it ,sometimes having to edit to get the size down to upload...it is driving me insane,I can't afford a high end camcorder and a high end DSLR is too high also,

  • In order to the quality of a DSLR with a Camcorder, the camcorder at the very least(for a pro camera),not just a Sony 1080p,you would need to spend at the bottom, about 6,000.00,not counting the extras it takes like memory cards etc,the card for a high end pro camcorder starts at 350.00 each...it is why a lot of people ,like myself still use DV,it is all I can afford and I like editing film or tape...sometimes I use 8mm and VHS,so does Oliver Stone and a lot other people do as well...

  • @pgice Oh no im sorry but canons videocameras have the best lens out there. And also L lenses are expensive... so it would still be better (and cheaper) to just buy a video camera

  • @actionvideostudios sure but you wont get the picture quality even with a 2000$ video cam..the DLSR with L lenses produces the best image quality that a normal person can afford.

  • @FroeFilms what? like an XHA1 or something like that? there dirt cheap atm

  • @actionvideostudios I'm saying adding the cost for the camera on top of the cost of the rig.
