What's the difference between this and a deep stainless pot with a steam vent? The small opening looks like it would be tricky to clean. I think a simple stainless pressure cooker would be better. Silly gimmick.

Looks like a GREAT Idea. PROBLEM is the ALUMINUM. It causes Alzheimers and other problems. I threw out ALL my aluminum pots over 15 years ago.
Make it out of Stainless Steel, PLEASE!!
