Shadowrun SNES Speedrun, pt 2

This is my practice run through the SNES Shadowrun, part 2. It has more mistakes than I'd accept in a real run; but it shows how I plan to do the deed.

This part is segmented, of course; I simply linked them together and left it intentionally rough. You'll notice how much time I waste getting those damned slap patches. I forgot that 6 is all the Street Kid gives you.

I glitch out King and the Ferocious Ork slightly, but that's because they'd tear me apart otherwise.

First rule of thumb when fighting The King in the Caryard arena, regardless whether you're using the glitch or not--Bring the maximum number of Slap Patches you are allowed to carry at one time into the fight, as The King does about 4-6 points of damage per shot on you.

Mmm, yes, for an ordinary run - but this is a speedrun, and all my monehs are going towards hiring Shadowrunners.

GFD, I REALLY need to do my revised version of this run.

At first, this part started, and I was like, "he isn't going to go straight for killing the king, is he? He's hasn't upgraded any stats, and he just has the freaking beretta." but then, moments later, I was like, "of course he's going to. This is a speed run, which probably means he's a boss at this game. Why wouldn't he?" and so, with a beretta and slap patches, you killed the king.

@JoshLucas5 you can buy them from the busy man in part one, not the guy in the bar who lost the tickets, but the guy you talk to next in the office, talk to him about firarms and he offers to sell you nades, 5 for 100 i think.

nice videos! I am playing this for the first time because I missed it and I just happen to have it in a little package I got. I was 7 when this came out and I didn't even get a SNES until around the time it was ending. I am amazed how this game has so much going on and it's on a SNES game! I really wish I knew about these and some others along with the Mario stuff.
