I listen to everything from Abba to Zappa. I was in my 30's before I rediscovered Abba. Listen closely and you'll hear really good and innovative musicianship. If you have any frame of reference you'll here bits of Yes here and there in a few songs. Gunnarsson was doing Geddy before Geddy was. Just listen!

This was when pop was actually listenable, and the musicians themselves were the pop stars. Nowadays we have Rihanna singing some crap written by a guy on a computer that you never see.
