I didn't bother to read all the comments, but would like to point out (if not reiterate) the fact that this man has ALREADY paid his taxes through wages withheld from his weekly paycheck. The 1040EZ form he was attempting to fill out would have refunded to portion of tax money he OVERPAID to the government. So thanks Vanilla Ice for kicking a little extra bling back into the system.
