    riguardo alla creativita sono d'accordissimo. poi sono solo gusti. hai raggione, non dovremmo essere fascisti nella cucina, e la mia tendenza. pero, io credo nell purismo anche, specialmente quando parliamo di certe cose che hanno una lunga tradizione. se lo vuoi chiamare " " certe cose non vanno, secondo me. Puoi darlo un altro nome. Pero, alla fine viviamo in un mondo libero e non voglio rompere le palle!

    The idea of infusing the aglio and peperoncino for couple of hours is great! As you probably don t spk italian you didn t understand that he said that this dish is ''Enriched''with anchovies.. Maybe about the basil you are right but all the rest..there is nothing to say. About tradition.. get a grip man! it doesn't mean that because it was always done in one way it can t be done differently! The nicest thing in the kitchen is creativity!

    ieri sera abbaimo fatto una cena tra amici ed abbiamo provato questa semplice ma pur sempre valida ricetta! Abbiamo seguito alla perfezione le tue indicazioni per non alterare il risultato e darti un giudizio vero!
