The lush English gardens and soothing water features gracefully lead into a world of functional elegance with lake and forest views form this enchanting three-story Tudor estate. Situated on .41 acres, the spacious yet comfortable brick home presents a dramatic presence beginning with the large double oak entry doors opening up to vaulted ceilings, rich hardwoods, intricate brick and stonework and stained glass throughout. A 15+ seat formal dining room adjoins the new gourmet kitchen with large open fireplace and top-of-the-line appliances. The charming paneled library access a private brick patio and a new in ground swimming pool with a waterfall. Attached to the spacious master bedroom is a luxurious spa and deck overlooking Lake Tahoe and the peaceful gardens. The adjoining .42-acre landscaped lot with lakeviews and 5,200 square feet of permitted coverage is included. Tea anyone?

  • dudes whack style matches the whack house, and I like how there are snowboarders on his daughters medal yet he says she grew up skiing. ol' boy must be sippin' on to much sizurp.

  • So pretentious. The pool doesn't go with the house at all. Snobbery at it's worst.

  • Moderate quality of construction, poorly decorated with a bizarre layout. The mood of the video doesn't match this fairly average home.

  • Interesting, s aself serving commentary on isolationism of a wealthy all-white American family with NO lower cast community connectivity. There's nothing "English" about the residence, or community in the traditional English Village home. p.s. a large swimming pool in the centre of a garden piece is typical american arrogance

  • psssshhhhh yea if u have 2 million just for the house

  • Pristine, yet the grounds could do with my stone work. A Gosford stone castle gazebo with a clay oven or an epic wall plaque cascade with embossed copper repousse, mist makers, bonsai, water life....This place would thrash any palace with ease after I'm thru. Soon I'll post my unique stonework. PS: If any men r wondering, I also build dog houses in your time of need.
