  • there's no doubt that your moving buuut typically the timer goes off on a hand movement or any other signal ( which you train to be non exsistant) but with that said it looks like the guy is a little late with the start button, add that plus the potential of rolling or hand moving .. not a huge deal.. just being nit picky .. but are you wearing baseball cleats?

  • @stross17 Ya I am wearing baseball cleats...Ya he does start a little late...I believe I ran 3 timed 60's that day 6.4, 6.43, 6.54. I've been to smaller baseball combines where they let you go on your own first movement...then I have been to larger ones where you pair up and go on the drop of a hand...I honestly don't train my sprinting though...that is purely from jump training...I have a sprint program I am developing soon. So we'll see what happens...

  • Im 15 and i run a 7.03

  • I know how to time and I clocked the guy at a 6.52 so the rest of you negative clowns be quiet.

  • I used a stopwatch and got 6.6

  • the timer was started late way too late compared to ur reaction time. u should be in the 6.6, 6.7 well done u still get drafted anyway

  • @TwiceTheSpeed1 6.4 was purely from Plyometric jumps? wow.

  • yea the guy stared about 2 steps in the the dash, so i look at the video wit my own stop watch its 6.6 6.7 cuz i run a 6.25 6.3 im gonna upload my video and look how much more explosive i am and faster. but great run for a white kid.lol

  • I run 55 yards (50 meters) in 6.44...but then you think about it, an extra 6 yards is like .6 of a second off my time so 60 yards in 6.4 is wayyyy faster than me...

  • LMAO he started the stop watch a second after he started running ha ha ha ha ha what a joke
