(Continuing) Adam the only reason I'm not going to upload this is because they've been getting me good views lately and I'm afraid if they see this they may target my account. YouTube has been the best way of promoting my stuff and they haven't let me down yet. If they do that is a different story, I just can't risk it. It is wrong, however, how they have treated your account, and if there is another way I can help let me know.

@mhodgman50 That's okay, I figured people wouldn't show this this anyway.  But there's nothing youtube can really do about it. I'm using my freedom of speech and I'm displaying it in a way where I'm not bashing them. But thanks for the comments, I agree with everything you said!

What really annoys me is how any video containing the music is blocked automatically, without any consideration for whether the use of the music is covered under Fair Use, product placement, or whatever.

@KingsIndianCR I agree. I had to use audio swap because I was afraid to use a song I own and have it be taken down. Therefore, I hope the audio swap doesn't extend my video more than it is supposed to be.

But yeah, the songs get promoted by my use of it in the video, so I don't see the problem really. Sharing music videos on youtube is hard these days (but I've managed). I have lots to say about it.

The thing that ticks me off the most is people with adsense accounts who make money by uploading a song, using material that is not theirs at all, and make money off the views before Google takes it down. That is wrong on their part. But what you are doing is completely different. I like on how some of my videos, they simply write at the bottom that some of the content is owned by UMG, but don't take it down. That way, it is free promotion for them, and I get to keep my video.
